Hydraulic Jacking Hose Assembly

Power Lift Hydraulics makes high pressure hydraulic jacking hose assemblies for standard and custom hydraulic applications.  Add fittings, couplers and hose protection (raw hide) to suit your hydraulic application. 

Power Lift hoses are made using Ryco Diehard TJ24D High pressure hydraulic jacking hose rated to 10,000 PSI. Each hose has a durable black hose sleeve and Ryco 3/8" NPT crimp at each end.

PERFORMANCE:
Meets or Exceeds the Performance Requirements of:
Materials Handling Institute specification IJ 100 (July 1979) for hydraulic hose and assemblies used with jacking systems.

TUBE:
Black, oil resistant synthetic rubber.

REINFORCEMENT:
Two braids of high tensile steel wire.

COVER:
DIEHARD™ Black, oil and extra abrasion resistant synthetic rubber. Flame Resistant, Anti-Static (FRAS) & MSHA compliant. Highly visible layline branding for easy and permanent
identification. No skiving required with T2000 Series Crimp Couplings.

FRAS – FLAME RESISTANCE AND ANTI-STATIC:
DIEHARD™ complies with Flame Resistant and Electrical Resistance (Anti-Static) requirements of Australian Standard AS 2660 and Methods of Test AS 1180.10B and 13A. Meets Flame Resistant Designation “U.S. MSHA” of the US Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration.

TEMPERATURE RANGE:
From -40°C to +49°C (-40°F to +120°F).
