The Power Team PB102 battery hydraulic pump is a compact, portable and cordless high-pressure hydraulic pump designed for demanding maintenance, lifting, pulling, spreading, bending, cutting and crimping applications. Powered by an 18 VDC lithium-ion battery, the PB102 provides high-pressure hydraulic power without the need for mains electricity or compressed air.
With a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 PSI (690 bar), the Power Team PB102-0 is designed to operate a wide range of compatible single-acting hydraulic tools and cylinders. Its cordless design makes it particularly useful for field service, maintenance, shutdowns and applications where portability and freedom from power cables are important.
Compact, Cordless High-Pressure Hydraulic Power
The PB102 combines a two-stage high-pressure hydraulic pump with an 18 VDC lithium-ion battery system. The two-stage pump provides higher flow during the initial stage for faster tool advancement before moving into the high-pressure stage for demanding hydraulic applications.
The compact design, ergonomic grip and transport shoulder strap make the PB102 easy to move between work areas, while the self-contained rubber bladder reservoir allows the pump to operate in most positions. The pump has a usable oil capacity of approximately 1.1 litres (70 cu. in.).
